I’m mad about riding my bike, but I’m also mad about fabrics, colours, beads & baskets - anything hand made and creative really, so I’m really excited to finally share Bundu Brand with you all! I’m super passionate about Africa and everything it has to offer. I’ll be sourcing beautiful products lovingly made in Africa in small, limited edition runs, so once it’s gone, it’s gone! I’ll be working with small artisan groups, empowering women & supporting sustainable slow fashion. What does Bundu mean? To force one’s way through rough & difficult terrain; to go out into the wilds. A distant or wilderness region…to walk through vegetation without a path…Fun fact: My maiden name was Brand, so Bundu Brand was born.
